What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, country, project details) and, if you choose to send it, the preview image from the visualizer.
Photos in the visualizer
For the AI preview, your photo is sent securely to our image-generation provider (OpenAI) only to create the preview, and we do not store it. In the manual tool, photos are processed in your browser and not uploaded. Only a preview you choose to send with a quote request is kept, with that request.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and arrange shipping. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly visitor statistics without cookies to understand which pages are useful.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
